Heeee! For academic purposes (yes, really. For a term paper!) I'm reading an essay about slash fics and fandom and I'm pretty sure that the author of the essay is a (slash) fan herself! :D Essay is so far . Finally someone who doesn't assign slashers the role of suppressed women who need an outlet for their sexual wants that they have to hide in a male-dominant world...
